Maintenance & Repairs Handyperson

This is a flexible, casual role with work available on an as-needed basis. It would suit a semi-retired tradesperson, former carpenter, or someone with extensive maintenance experience looking for supplementary work.



Key Responsibilities
General property repairs and maintenance
Hanging and adjusting doors
Basic tiling and repair work
Lawn mowing and garden maintenance
Weeding and grounds upkeep


About You
Previous experience in property maintenance, building repairs, carpentry, or a related trade.
Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard.
Own tools and equipment suitable for maintenance and repair work.
Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Benefits
$40hr + Tool and travel allowances in accordance with the relevant award.
